In a complex world, relations among companies become really important, especially to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). For this reason, the Fundación Comunidad Valenciana-Región Europea has presented the subproject Internationalising SME’s, included in TouriSME project, which in turn is contained in INTERREG IIIC programme.
The overall aim of Internationalising SME’s is to promote actions for the internationalising of small and medium enterprises by means of collaboration agreements among participants regions. These regions are Limburg (The Netherlands), North East England (United Kingdom) and the Comunidad Valenciana (Spain).
In this manner, this subproject wants to internationalize SME’s by means of training courses for the companies (traditional training, e-learning, team building, etc.). Moreover, Internationalising SME’s promotes contacts, joint ventures and the management among small and medium enterprises of each one of the involved regions. It allows the SME’s reach new markets in the consortium regions and in the European Union.
Internationalising SME’s is included in the RFO TouriSME project. This project wants to strengthen the interregional co-operation in Europe, just as intensify the creation of networks among the companies and the governments. TouriSME works in two subjects: SME’s innovation and sustainable tourism.
Internationalising SME’s, leaded by the Fundación Comunidad Valenciana-Región Europea, has the following partners: Limburg South Region Chamber of Commerce and the North East Chamber of Commerce Chamber.
The Fundación Comunidad Valenciana-Región Europea is a non-profit foundation and strengthens the participation of the Valencian Region in the European Union’s policies and actions. It also promotes a better knowledge of these actions and policies. The objective of the Foundation is to promote the participation of all the sectors present in the Valencian Region in the European Union’s policies and to promote a better.
