The course is designed for research managers and administrators, scientists, engineers, technical and administrative staff involved in projects. The aim is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills required by project managers and project staff of complex projects.

Course fee: 345 EUR for EARMA members. The fee includes tuition, documentation, morning coffees, buffet lunches, afternoon teas and refreshment drinks. Non-EARMA members will be charged an additional EARMA Individual Membership fee of 150 EUR along with the course fee (total 495 EUR).
