Call for Papers; Designing out Waste - Gaining the Advantage

The overall theme for the event is designing out waste in products and processes; addressing unsustainable use of resources through the supply chain and ‘closing the loop’ from manufacture to use through the employment of recycled and remanufactured materials. The conference will cover novel approaches emerging from the academic and research knowledge base and the industrial application of innovative technology. Sections of the programme will be parallel streamed to allow delegates to prioritise themes closest to their own interests, and participate in more interactive formats as well as plenary sessions. Both days will feature crossover presentations reviewing key academic and industrial priorities in the Resource Efficiency community.

A parallel poster exhibition will also be running during the event, allowing researchers and industrialists to share information on current projects. The contents of the poster session will be reviewed in brief during the main conference. Please submit expressions of interest in the poster session using the same route as for presentations.
