ERRIN Annual General Event - 8 November 2007

ERRIN 2007 Annual Event will focus on the future of the European Research Area. The event will aim at:
• promoting the European regions’ contribution to the ERA and ERRIN response to the Commission’s Green Paper
• allowing representatives of public and private research organizations to present and confront their views on the future of the ERA, in presence of the European Commission.

The Major Annual Event for Regions in the Field of Research and Innovation

Objectives
ERRIN – The European Regions Research and Innovation Network is organising its Annual General Event on 8 November 2007 from 15:00–19:30 in the Committee of the Regions in Brussels.

The 2007 ERRIN Annual Event will focus on the future of the European Research Area (ERA). The event will aim at:
- Promoting European regions’ contribution to the ERA and the ERRIN response to the Commission’s Green Paper
- Allowing representatives of public and private research organizations to present and confront their views on the future of the ERA, in presence of the European Commission.

The Conference will be followed by a reception with a keynote speech by Professor Ernst-Ludwig Winnacker, Secretary-General of the European Research Council.
