EU-India Partenariat 1999

The EU-India Partenariat 1999 will be held in New Delhi, India, on 15 and 16 March 1999. The event will be organised by the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India and will be supported by the EU within the ASIA-Invest initiative for business cooperation and partnership in Asia.
A total of 350 Indian host companies have already been selected by the conference secretariat in the following sectors:
- Chemicals and plastics processing;
- Electronics and information technology;
- Hardware;
- Environmental technology;
- Food processing and packaging;
- Light engineering;
- Software and services.
These companies have been selected on the basis of their previous performance, organisational strengths and the quality of the desired cooperation projects. A catalogue, with the profiles and cooperation proposals of Indian companies, has been published and participating European companies will have the opportunity to meet with a selection of the companies detailed in the catalogue. These business meetings will be arranged prior to the event through national counsellors.
