WORKSHOP: Winning FP7 Bids
WINNING FP7 BIDS
Thursday 13 March 2008 – Cambridge, UK
The content of the day is as follows:
Collaborative research in FP7: scope of FP7, budget, evaluation process and criteria, main financial and IPR rules.
Scientific/technical quality: making life easier for the evaluator; why one objective beats many; a GANTT without a PERT doesn’t add up; deliverables as a management tool; identifying the fat.
Implementation: even best friends can disagree; why your CV isn’t good enough; all stars sometimes don’t make a winning team.
Impact: when all else fails follow the instructions; transferring results into use – Europe’s challenge; watching IPR; publish and be damned.
