Final event for the VRUITS project

The VRUITS (Improving Safety and Mobility of Vulnerable Road Users through its Applications) project will be hosting its final conference in London where project coordinators, researchers and contributors will discuss and assess the project’s success and outcomes.
Starting in April 2013, the VRUITS project has been developing evidence-based recommended practices on how vulnerable road users can be integrated into innovative Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). It has also been assessing the overall societal impacts of ITS and how they can contribute to improving the safety and mobility of vulnerable road users.
