ECSAFESEAFOOD final conference

The conference, entitled ‘Seafood safety: new findings & innovation challenges’ will strengthen the network between science, industry and seafood safety authorities. The main outputs from the project will be presented at a stakeholders’ session dedicated to industry, food safety organisations/authorities, consumer associations and the scientific community.
Furthermore, seven topics related with food safety will be discussed in the scientific session, where the scientific community can present innovative research by abstract submission. Poster sessions will also be presented during coffee breaks and lunches.
A science slam session will also be organised, where scientists are able to communicate their research in short 10-minute-talks that are easy to follow and afterwards the audience gets to vote on their favourite presentations.
