EuroScience Open Forum Trieste

ESOF2020, originally due to take place in July 2020, has been redesigned to allow physical and virtual spaces to work together. The updated programme boasts over 150 sessions and more than 700 speakers to be hosted in an innovative hybrid format, including new online sessions and themes related to COVID-19.
European Commissioner for Research Mariya Gabriel as well as Italian Minister for University and Research Affairs Gaetano Manfredi and counterparts Sanja Damjanovic (Montenegro) and Emmanuel Nzimand (South Africa) will attend the opening ceremony. Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte will take part in the closing ceremony on 6 September.
