Workshop on "Transport telematics for vulnerable road users"

On 27 June 1994 there will be a one-day workshop in Brussels on "Transport telematics for vulnerable road users (pedestrians and cyclists)". The workshop will cover the achievements (and failures) of such DRIVE I projects as V1031 (An intelligent traffic system for vulnerable road users) and V1061 PUSSYCATS. It will also provide up-to-date information on the implementation and research of the DRIVE II project VRU-TOO.

An open discussion of the issues that should be addressed by future work on vulnerable road users in the transport telematics theme of the Fourth Framework Programme is also planned.
