The European Regional Information Society Association (eris@) has scheduled its annual conference for 2009 from 6 to 8 May in Cáceres, Spain.
This edition of the event will revolve around the key themes of innovation and creativity from the perspectives of methods, technologies and projects.
After the opening and a conference dinner on the first day, the second day will consist of presentations and roundtables on issues related not only to information and communication technology (ICT) methods such as open innovation, living labs and clusters, but also the latest technological devices, including radio frequency identification (RFID), web 2.0 and broadband. On the final day, the main session will be dedicated to ICT services for people, with a special emphasis on e-inclusion, women, the young and the elderly.For further information, please visit:
