DELTA project results in the field of distance learning networks

The UK Institute of European Trade and Technology (IETT) is organizing a one-day seminar on "Distance learning networks (DELTA) - Project results". It will take place in London on 24 April 1995.
The seminar will provide an opportunity to examine the results of a selected number of DELTA projects, such as MTS, SMILE, JITOL, JANUA and COSYS. The focus will be on the benefits to potential users. e.g. business, industry, education and training organizations, and SMEs in particular.
Detailed presentations from project coordinators will be accompanied by an exhibition. The achievements of the DELTA projects will be contrasted with the strategic and practical objectives of the distance learning sector of the Telematics Applications Programme of the Fourth Framework Programme (1994-1998).
