A symposium on "Ventilation for buildings" will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany, on 9 June 1995. It is organized by VDI-Gesellschaft Technische Gebaudeausrustung, with support from the THERMIE programme of the European Commission (DG XVII) and the Federation of European Heating and Air-Conditioning Associations (REHVA).
The symposium will discuss and evaluate design criteria for the indoor environment, as a result of a CEN working group on "Ventilation for buildings". It will present arguments for and against the draft standard proposed by the working group.
