BRITE/EURAM workshop on thematic research action on packaging and interconnection

A workshop entitled "Thematic research action on packaging and interconnection" is being organized by BRITE/EURAM III, the Community's specific research and technological development programme in the field of industrial and materials technologies (1994-1998). The workshop will take place within the framework of the EUPAC'96 conference (2nd European Conference on Electronic Packaging and 8th International Conference on interconnection Technology in Electronics) which will be held in Essen, Germany, from 31 January to 2 February 1996.
