Third International Workshop on the GRAI Approach

The Third International Workshop on the GRAI Approach will be held in Bordeaux, France, on 17 April 1996. The workshop is being organized by the Association of the Users of the GRAI method (AUGRAI), with the support of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) and the European Commission.

The two previous AUGRAI workshops were organized in Ireland, in April 1995 and in France, in October 1995. This third workshop will be organized in a different way to the two previous workshops. The organizers have launched a call for papers from users of the GRAI approach. Presentations are invited on the use of GRAI in:

- System engineering in: production management, quality, maintenance, manufacturing, assembly, simultaneous engineering, supplying purchasing, logistics and services;

- Measurement of performance (performance indicators, benchmarking, best practice);

- Elaboration of tools to collect, store, valorize and use knowledge;

- Education and research.
