Official opening of new INNOVATION Relay Centre for Flanders

The Official opening of the Vlaams Innovation-Adviescentrum (VIA), the INNOVATION Relay Centre (IRC) for the Flanders region of Belgium, will take place on 12 December 1995.
The Flemish INNOVATION Relay Centre is being created jointly by the Flemish Institute for Scientific and Technological Research in Industrie (IWT) and the Flemish Department for the Coordination and Administration of Scientific Policy.
Mrs. Edith Cresson, European Commissioner for Research, Education and Training will be present at the opening.
