Inauguration of the Hellenic INNOVATION Relay Centre

The official inauguration of the Hellenic INNOVATION Relay Centre will take place in Athens, Greece, on 18 March 1996. Mr. Javier Hernadez-Ros, Head of the INNOVATION Relay Centres Unit in the European Commission, will present the INNOVATION programme and the activities of the Relay Centres. The inaugural speech will be given by Professor Emmanuel Fragoulis, General Secretary for Research and Technology in the Greek Ministry of Development.
