Technological workshop on the integrity of pipelines

A technological workshop on the integrity of pipelines will be held in Tyumen, Western Siberia, on 22-23 May 1996. Organized by the GEP company who manage the EC Energy Centre in Tyumen, in collaboration with other European companies, the workshop will cover the following subjects:
- Management and control of the integrity of pipelines;
- Surveillance of the integrity of pipelines;
- Pipeline fault detection systems;
- Pipeline fault repair technologies.
The workshop is being organized within the framework of the Community's specific programme providing financial support for the promotion of energy technology (THERMIE). The EC Energy Centre at Tyumen is financed by the Community's international cooperation programme with non-member countries in the energy sector (SYNERGY).
