Fifth European Conference on Software Quality

The Fifth European Conference on Software Quality will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on 17-20 September 1996. It is organized by the Irish Quality Association and the European Organization for Quality (Software Committee).

The conference programme will include tutorials, workshops and lectures. The following themes will be discussed:

- Automation in software development;
- Quality through improved requirements gathering;
- Using ISO 9000 in software development;
- Aspects for SMEs;
- Investment returns.

There will also be a workshop reporting on the results from the software process improvement experiments of the "ESSI software best practice initiative" within the ESPRIT specific RTD programme in the field of information technologies.
