An information day on the Community's INCO-DC programme for RTD cooperation with developing countries will be held in The Hague, The Netherlands, on 8 July 1996. It is organized by EG-Liaison, the Netherlands INNOVATION Relay Centre.
The information day will provide advice for those interested in proposing projects under the second call for proposals launched under this programme on 15 March 1996 (and closing on 15 Septmeber 1996). The themes and regional priorities under this call will be presented by a Commission official responsible for the INCO-DC programme. Information and communications technologies will be covered in particular.
