The second micro materials conference, MicroMat'97, will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 16 to 18 April 1997.
The conference will cover research, testing, simulation and application of micro materials, as well as microsystems technology and related fields of microcomponents and microsystems materials applications. In addition to the plenary sessions, a number of special sessions and workshops will be held, covering topics such as non-destructive testing, nanomicroscopy and nanoanalytics, software tools for MST applications, micro materials applications and recycling aspects of micro materials applications.
The conference secretariat wishes to receive papers for presentation at the conference, as well as posters for display. The deadline for submitting abstracts (one or two pages) is 30 September 1996.
