INITIATIVES'96 - Business Forum

INITIATIVES'96 is a major business forum for businesses in French-speaking Belgium. The event which will take place in Liege, Belgium, from 24-26 October 1996, includes a series of conferences, various meetings aimed at facilitating contacts between businesses in various sectors and the 'Symphonie' exhibition of information and communication technologies.

Mrs. Edith Cresson, European Commissioner responsible for research, education and training will be speaking on "The role of innovation in world economic competition", on Saturday, 26 October, within the framework of the "Conferences du Troisième Millénaire".
