An intercultural management workshop entitled 'Japanese companies in Europe: Developing high potential staff' will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 5 December.

This is the third in a series of workshops and will focus on the development of locally-employed staff with high potential and possibilities for creating global human resources strategies by integrating headquarter/European office staff.

This workshop seeks participation from both Japanese and European managers in order to consider mutual problems more effectively in a shared environment.

The first half of the workshop will comprise an initial talk followed by two practitioner presentations, based on their own experience. The second half consists of a series of case studies for general discussion. This will be assisted by a panel of speakers, focused on issues relevant to maximising efficiency and effectiveness in a multicultural workplace that requires an effective working partnership between skilled Japanese and European employees.For further information, please visit:
