Bio contamination survey

The objective of the project is to develop exposure protocols to qualify coatings, materials and components of fuel systems. The main activities will consist in:
• Collecting samples of bio contaminated fuels. Compare with laboratory grown sources.
• Development of an exposure protocols to qualify tank coatings, materials and components of fuel systems to bio contamination.
• Application to a short list of selected materials, passive or functionalized (e.g. with biocide properties).
