This deliverable describes the methodology to be used to train different actors involved in the complex project value chain

This deliverable describes the requirements of DECIDO Portal and the guidelines specifications and design for its realisation this deliverable will also include the taxonomy for services and data description

Policy Brief (preliminary findings)

It presents the project findings to policy actors highlighting the relevance of the specific research to policy

Innovation Strategy plan - v1

This report will present the innovation management strategy defined by the partners to handle the project outcomes as well as the activities performed in this domain during the project implementation and the perspective ones to be implemented behind the project completion

Report on the needs and challenges for the public administration

The report depicts and discuss the needs and challenges encountered by the public administration in their policy making activities taking into account available data tools and methodologies as well as societal and public sector needs This deliverable will be the basis for developing specific methodologies and pathways for evidencebased policy making tailored to the needs of each use case

Guidelines for DECIDO co-creation practices - v1

This report presents the rationale and methodologies for the involvement of relevant stakeholders and citizens in the cocreation of the pilot activities and in the data generation activities

Complementary services

This deliverable provides a report that identifies and describes the services complementary to the EOSCs ones from the viewpoint of the Public Administrations that enable cocreation process context information management etc

Ethical Analysis - v1

This deliverable is the outcome of T51 and will provide the output from the ethics reviews and impact assessments carried out in T52 This first verion of the deliverable will deliver an Ethics Review of the four pilots before their start

A project website is developed and made availableaccessible in order to create awareness around the project It will be continuosly updated during the project lifetime

Data Management Plan

This report defines the data management plan that will be followed in order to improve and maximise access to and reuse of data and knowledge generated by the project An update of the Data Management Plan is provided as part of the periodic reporting section B
