This report presents the methodology and instruments for evaluating the impact of the pilots

Final Evaluation, Impact Assessment and Adoption Guidelines

This deliverable is the outcome of T5.2, it reports on impact assessment, lessons learnt and policy recommendations from the pilot activities. It presents methodological adoption guidelines for the application of evidence-based policy making leveraging on the European Cloud Initiative.

Pilot's execution report - v2

Report on the pilot operation, execution and generated outputs, including applied dashboards, indicator systems, simulations and reports for each pilot consolidating the input of Tasks 4.1-4.5 (IR4.1, IR4.2, IR4.3, IR4.4, IR4.5). This version of the deliverable will focus on how the pilots improve policy making processes through the DECIDO ICT Environment. The report will also provide information on the technical support provided, technical barriers encountered and lessons learned.

Ethical Analysis - v2

This deliverable is the outcome of T5.1 and will provide the output from the ethics reviews and impact assessments carried out in T5.2. This version of the deliverable will report on how ethical issues were dealt with during the project including findings of periodic assessments by the independent appointed ethical and legal expert.

Training implementation report

This deliverable describes the different modules created to give the multitude of DECIDO project’s actors appropriate learning.

Mapping of stakeholders

This deliverable creates a mapping of different actors to be involved in the cocreation sessions in each of the pilots involved in DECIDO and will provide the plan for the first engagement activities

DECIDO policy agenda and recommendations on data analytics and cloud infrastructure adoption in policy making

This deliverable sets the foundation for a Policy Agenda for big data and cloud at EU level. It depicts a roadmap for the implementation and transferability of big data and cloud pilots in other contexts, complemented with a set of actionable policy recommendations for fostering the development and implementation of big data and cloud in the member states.

This deliverable describes the methodology to be used to train different actors involved in the complex project value chain

This report presents the rationale and methodologies for the involvement of relevant stakeholders and citizens in the co-creation of the pilot activities and in the data generation activities.

DECIDO Portal Beta version
