Networking the Educational World: Across Boundaries for Community-building

Deliverables

Report on ethical, legislative, political and social context of the partners' countries (opens in new window)

Report on ethical legislative political and social context of the partners countries will provide the state of art background for the cocreation process enabling to map differences and similarities in all participating countries and distinguish all shortcomings that need to be overcame by projects action

Online pilot action resources and materials using different mediums (opens in new window)

After the analysis of the requirements for the implementation in the second testing (stakeholder analysis), pilot activities will be adapted for the second testing in other countries and contexts. The materials will be created using different mediums: audio, video, etc. and will be submitted as a deliverable.

Partner list for Global NEW ABC network (opens in new window)

Following the identification of relevant projects in addition to those specified in the current proposal this contact list will be generated based on the establishment of communications with and expressions of interest from partners from existing H2020 projects in related topics to participate in the Global NEW ABC network

Definite guidance materials for adaptability and scalability (opens in new window)

After post-assessing and mapping the evaluation of the second piloting, guidance materials will be created with the aim of proposing adaptability and scalability of the actions. Guidance materials will be translated into different languages.

Report on Lessons Learned Log from the 2nd testing and policy brief (opens in new window)

A report by the beneficiary of the data and information collected by means of the Lessons Learned Log must be submitted as a deliverable at the end of the second testing phase by month 38. A policy brief on the engagement of the stakeholders' and participants' voices will also be produced.

Roadmap to co-creation and policy brief (opens in new window)

The evaluation of the co-creation process will result in a roadmap to co-creation that will highlight critical and strong points of the co-creation process which will be particularly relevant for co-creation activities with children and vulnerable groups. This co-creation roadmap will be part of the final report submitted as a deliverable. A policy brief on the scaling up of the pilot actions will also be produced.

Consolidated stakeholder matrix/mapping and roadmap of engagement and co-creation (opens in new window)

Consolidated stakeholder matrixmapping and roadmap of engagement and cocreation this template will take into account the different contexts in which the actions will be piloted and establishes a clear actionable path towards the developing of the project

Explanatory material in different languages (opens in new window)

Explanatory material in different languages are tools that will enable children involved in the project to clearly understand its aim It will use the simple language providing understandable simplified patterns adjusted to the age gender and cultural background of children involved

Report on co-design process and implementation of pilots (opens in new window)

This report will detail each pilot action and how each pilot action was implemented within the local context Each pilot action partner will provide a detailed description of the stakeholders involved a stepbystep description of the activities implemented the challenges each pilot action faced and a description of the materials that were developed The WP4 leads will provide guidance for structuring the key information and will in turn edit the key findings into a report

Guidance materials for future replicability (opens in new window)

Following the postassessment analysis the cocreated resources and materials will be amended and each pilot team will produce guidance to enable the replication of the pilot action to take place in a different partner country

Exploitation & Dissemination Plan (opens in new window)

Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results which includes the strategy and set of actions to be carried out to ensure that an effective communication and dissemination of the project through the necessary channels tools and materials Leader ELH M3

NEW ABC website and social media these are the main channels to make available the achievements results and news about the project that will be constantly updated to keep any interested actor informed about the project advancement

Each pilot partner will produce online resources and materials that would enable the future replication of the pilot actions Our commitment to participatory approaches means that the shape that the resources and materials might take will be led by our stakeholders However indicative forms of material might include textbased guidance and instructions for workshops and activities visual or artistic endeavours digital film photovoice activities and briefings

This app will connect microlevel stakeholders to each other and facilitate reachout to other groups of stakeholders in order to make their voices heard across schools sectors and communities This is envisioned as a dynamic exchange from which all members of the community can reach out to each other and gain new knowledge or insight
