This is an update of D31 incorporating the experiences evaluation and feedback from the first round of implementations It includes both the updated overall evidenceinformed whole school mentoring model as well as general guidance to design pedagogically meaningful practices in technologyenriched settings supporting mechanisms stakeholder engagement and evaluation An early draft version of thisdeliverable will be produced by M12 in order to inform the planning of the second iteration

Support mechanisms for engagement and sustainability, final version

In this task practices of wholeschool implementation and TEL pedagogical strategies are developed and collected to reach a broad audience The provision of a platform is needed to share good practices and enhance the communication between teachers school principals and other stakeholders To reach this goal an engagement platform will be established to visualize and analyze the engagement activities and formats collected and shared by each partner Platform will be implemented digitally thus ensuring larger sharing possibilities This platform will be iteratively updated and developed to include the feedback and new ideas from stakeholders In addition scaling up engagement activities and formats is a key element in this task We will draw on the graaspeu platform which is maintained by one of the partners EPFL and which has already been used in several H2020 projects for supporting teacher communities Task will contribute to the D21 and D22Task leader EPFLParticipants TLU HarNo VU BSU

D41 Evaluation framework and feedback toolkit M4 M9 M18 M30Definition of data gatheringanalysis instruments and mechanisms to be applied by the partners during the implementation of the model along with guidelines for the use of the toolkit will have two differentiated parts one focusing on the assessment of success indicators defined by the project and another on the provision of awareness data about the impact of the mentoring model to the stakeholders of the partnerships The toolkit will be updated twice during the project after each round of implementation

Initial mentoring model

Based on the partner experiences existing model and approaches results of the deskresearch and practices the initial model will be proposed in collaboration with cocreation teams and the National Stakeholder Networks

iHub4Schools Regional Innovation Hubs

D23 iHub4Schools Regional Innovation Hubs M30 report reflects the work implemented in the context of WP2 with respect to the design and development of the innovation hubs More precisely this document presents the design specifications of the hubs the actors and use cases the special tools that constitute the hubs and the tools that are provided for the online support mechanism special mechanisms that support the assessment of the hubs and growth of the network in the context of the project activities

D51 A Communication and Dissemination Plan M3 M12 M24 M30Report will be about planned and completed dissemination activities updated once a year This report will lay out the main lines of action to disseminate the project results including the overall methodology within and beyond the consortium and the local partnerships and stakeholders of the project The report will be given about the actions taken by the project consortium to disseminate the projects results beyond the local partnerships This includes concrete dates for dissemination actions taken the type of audience addressed size of the audience etc
