Le projet SKIES, financé par l’UE, vise à fournir à des doctorants et des postdoctorants de première année dans le domaine de l’astronomie un nouvel ensemble de compétences intégrant la science ouverte, l’innovation ouverte et l’entrepreneuriat ouvert. Ces chercheurs acquerront ainsi une expérience substantielle qui les préparera à une carrière leur permettant de réaliser leur potentiel et de contribuer à la société et à l’économie. Un programme de «formation des formateurs» permettra de renforcer les capacités du personnel enseignant afin qu’il dispose de la formation et des outils nécessaires pour poursuivre le programme au-delà de la durée du projet. Une formation en ligne sera mise à disposition pour soutenir les organisations partenaires et autres intéressées par l’organisation de cours similaires.
Objectif
Through the SKIES project, the consortium partners will provide PhD and 1st year postdoctoral researchers in the field of astronomy with a new set of skills integrating open science, innovation and entrepreneurship, thereby equipping them for a career that allows them to fulfill their potential and contribute to society and economy. A Train the Trainer programme builds the capacity of the teaching staff, so that they have the training and tools to continue the programme beyond the life of the project. Online training will be made available to support the partner as well as other organisations interested to run similar courses.
