Check list for GEP monitoring and evaluationLead ScPo all partners The Checklist will consist in stepbystep guidelines for partners to selfassess their performance in designing implementing and institutionalizing their GEP including a typology of proposed indicators reflecting the principles of institutional change intended to be holistic inclusive participatory visible flexible and sustainable
GIA checklist and protocol in all project languagesLead UOULU all partners The checklist includes crucial points on inclusion of gender perspective in research as well as issues such as a gender composition of the research team b division of tasks when relevant c gender in relation to the collecting data and its representation in the data d gender as an analysis category or gender as a tool of the data analysis The GIA Protocol includes procedures that the partner organisations will commit to assess new research proposals from gender dimension as an everyday and regular practice of the university
Co-design starter kitLead UOULU UBx D92 aims to develop a codesign starter toolkit targeting the needs of each RESET work package early on in the project in line with our trainthetrainers approach The toolkit will be experimented with and developed further during the entire project life
Joint roadmap on establishing institutional standards and frameworks for recruitment and career promotion towards equality, diversity and scientific excellenceLead UBx RUB D61 recollects recommendations and actions taken by the RESET GEBs network redesigned regulation frameworks and adjusted procedures at projectscale framing recruitments to ensure equality and diversity as aligned to RESETs definition of scientific excellence D61 is a token of engagement regularly be revised and enriched over project life as it participates of a reflexive process Final recommendations will be additionally published at M48
Report on RESET's laboratory-scale incentives towards their communitiesLead UBx all partners D53 report is dedicated to be shared in the GEAR tool and will entail 1 a series of emblematic incentives and 2 a gap analysis and impact projection at M28 which will then see its impacts assessed as part of WP2 at M46 D53 as part of T53 is an important work organised from the identification of needs bias and practices carried out in the preparatory survey in WP1 T12

Diversity in gatekeeping positions: lessons learnt and guidelinesLead RUB UBx and all partners D62 will provide examples of the incentives taken impact assessment lessons learnt and guidelines based on the experiences and reflections in the processes towards parity of decisionmaking boards and committees and on other strategic positions in middle and top management
Gender Impact Assessment (GIA) GuidelinesLead UOULU UBx The guidelines will introduce the idea behind the GIA explain its benefits for high quality research and knowledge production and describe the implementation of the GIA protocol at the University
GEPs 1.0Lead UPORTO all partners D13 consists in the delivery of a detailed GEP for each partner including tailored objectives measures indicators targets timeline and division of responsibilities to tackle organisationspecific biases and inequalities The GEPs will address the partnerspecific problems identified through both the survey the stateofplay data analysis and other related indicators GEPs 10 will include measures to be taken and indicators for their periodical monitoring and assessment
Comprehensive gender equality/gender mainstreaming training toolbox useful for different trainee groups or national contextsLead U all partners On the basis of the GEARtool D42 will form a digital and physical toolbox adaptable to various national and sociocultural contexts and to the RESET partners Addressing all stakeholders and profiles in line with the intersectionality approach the toolbox enables both projectscale and contextspecific applications
Lead UBx all partners D51 consists in a collection of the revised charters of RESET institutions and of one joint internal institutional statement for a common vision and standard of equality diversity and excellence collectively redesigned 10 months after the launch of the GEPs to reinforce or introduce an effective set of values and core principles on genderrelated issues sex discrimination multiple intersectional discrimination sexual harassment genderbased violence selection bias engagement for workstudies personal life balance familyfriendliness
Joint statement of top management on their engagement for equality, diversity and excellence in researchLead UBx all partners D65 is a joint statement from all RESET universities to the attention of European policymakers and European HEIs resulted from T65 and T66 A token of engagement for equality diversity and their vision of excellence in research D65 will be updated at M48 as the result of regular meetings towards joint definitions of equality diversity and excellence joint activities as a network for institutional change
Letters of nomination for the GE BoardLead UPORTO all partners D11 consists in 4 letters of nomination of the GEBs one for each implementing partner organisation D11 will list the members of the boards their principles and mission These letters ought to be publicly endorsed
"Media Campaign promoting cultural change ""Faces of campus"""Lead RUB AUTh and all partners This media campaign aims to show the different sometimes hidden sides of campus life which not only form the environment for excellent science but also belong to it and make it possible Therefore it will 1 present diversity work family and student life and 2 portrait members of the academic staff namely women in administration and management and in the laboratories throughout the RESET network
RESET toolbox for gender-neutral, diversity-oriented institutional communicationLead RUB all partners D54 consists in the design of an institutional RESET toolbox including visual language bias identified in our institutions elements of our own quality standard institutional guidelines readymade templates training content and network good practice recollection to promote gender neutral and diversity in all communication Impact assessment of the adoption and effects of new communication on the communities will be included D54 as part of T54 is an important work based on the identification of needs bias and practices carried out in the preparatory survey in WP1 T12 and immediately to be implemented while launching the GEP design D54 will regularly be updated throughout project life and shared in the GEAR tool

Lead AUTh UBx D96 relates to the publication and dissemination of the 1st version of RESETs data management plan DMP Its content will be regularly revised and presented to the occasion of periodic reporting and updated on the projects open archive on Zenodo and its website
