This document aims to present in a comprehensive way the results of T52 T53 T54 T55 T56 and T57 It represents the final report of WP5 summarizing outcomes from all demonstration sites

Final report on Liberec demonstration execution

These report aim to present the timeline of preparation and execution of the demonstration meetings workshops installations monitoring feedback collection etc They will contain information on the technical and business barriers to the demonstration information about access to services and APIs the collaboration and data sharing agreements information on legacy systems and other information that COHESIVE will require for a successful demonstration so they will provide inputs to the evaluation task T62 By writing the first draft of each of these reports in M20 the milestone M51 will be also reached In cooperation with COHESIVE and other IP4 projects involved in relevant demonstrations the results and conclusions of the demonstration execution will be elaborated in T51 and included in D51 too

Report on collaboration activities and guidelines for TSPs joining the IP4 ecosystem

Report encompassing all collaboration activities with IP4 complementary projects and initiatives including schedule of meetings and major outcomes The report also includes guidelines and recommendations for TSPs joining the IP4 ecosystem

Report on the actions of the Integration, Data and Management Committees

This is an allencompassing deliverable covering the whole spectrum of Integration Data and Management Committees actions It will be delivered in 3 main parts451 Report on the actions of the Integration Committee linked with T42 responsible partner POLIMISince committees operate on live input continuously feeding other tasks in IP4MaaS they will maintain a log of their achievements actions problems and other information that describe their operation to be used in retrospect The integration committee will specifically provide information on the integration actions executed and their progress452 Report on the actions of the Data Committee linked with T43 responsible partner FIT The data committee will specifically provide information on the data collected during the demonstrations and on the data exchanges between TSPs and CFMs453 Report on the actions of the Management Committee linked with T44 responsible partner UITPThe management committee will specifically provide information on the progress of the demonstrations as a whole and recommendations for future projects for structuring the demonstrations

Demonstration Execution Plan, C-REL

Includes the necessary elements time plan role assignment risks mitigation measures for executing the demonstrations in WP5 This deliverable is an input for WP5 and the foundation of WP5 execution

Demonstration requirements and scenarios, F-REL

Identifies the FREL version of the different aspects of the demonstrations followed by the IP4MaaS project the technologies involved the map kept through the IP4 Asset Manager the requirements for the demonstration scenarios and the scenarios themselves The FREL version enhances the CREL one with i analysis of the results of the conversational survey with travellers of the demonstration sites and ii feedbacks received from WP3 and WP4 This deliverable is an input for WP3 and WP4

Technology survey, C-REL

Identifies the set of technologies available in the IP4 ecosystem and those provided by IP4MaaS partners at the beginning of the project CREL version This deliverable also describes the technology map of the assets kept through the IP4 Asset Manager This deliverable is an input for Task 22 and Task 23

Performance and impact assessment

The deliverable will include the complete results of performance and impact assessment Results from the data collection of operational KPIs and satisfaction surveys carried out in Tasks 52 to 57 and used in the performance assessment will be reported in this deliverable

Final version of the methodological framework for future projects

A final methodological framework will be released after the Task 62 performance assessment in the M28 as a methodological lighthouse for assessments in future projects of other demonstration scenarios different to those defined in the WP2

Assessment methodology

The deliverable will include the definition of performance and impact assessment methodology with all elements defined to perform the assessment

User engagement strategy per each demonstrator

This deliverable will define the strategy per each scenario defined in the WP2 to engage the travellers and TSPs in order to collect data regarding the user satisfaction index through surveys even in a COVID19 environment This deliverable will be an input for the Tasks of WP5 about demonstration executions and Task 61 for the creation of a datasets of USI user satisfaction index surveys per profiles

Demonstration requirements and scenarios, C-REL

Identifies the CREL version of i the requirements of the demonstration scenarios from the point of view of the TSPs and ii the scenarios ASIS and TOBE of the demonstrations to be followed in the IP4MaaS project In particular this deliverable will define the technological requirements for the integration in the IP4 ecosystem of the services provided by IP4MaaS TSPs This deliverable is an input for WP3 and WP4

List of operational KPIs, analysis of the users' satisfaction and methodology as a whole, F-REL

These deliverables D31 and D32 will provide per each relevant demonstration scenario identified in WP2 in 2 different versions CREL in M8 and FREL in M17 a methodological framework as a roadmap in the data collection and data analysis for a consistent monitoring of IP4 solutions in real environments and a market acceptance analysis through the assessment of needs and expectations of current and future users travellers and TSPs when using IP4 solutions In particular they will provide1 A list and a metric of relevant KPIs to be considered in the assessment of each demonstration for a market acceptance 2 A methodology and roadmap to measure the satisfaction index of users travellers and TSPs through surveys after testing the IP4 solutions A sociodemographic analysis to identify critical profiles or traveller groups with special needs and expectations will be also addressed in this deliverable jointly with a statistical approach about the representativeness of samples for the analysis of each critical profile3 A methodology about how to manage all the gathered data regarding KPIs per each demonstration scenario and the satisfaction index per each usecase intersection of a demonstration scenario and a specific profile through the Efficiency rate as a universal metric A statistical approach about the significance of the results will be also included in this deliverable The CREL version D31 ready in M8 will be an initial version to allow an appropriate planning and monitoring of demonstrations WP4 and the coordination and start of demonstrations WP5This deliverable will be updated in a FREL version D32 ready in M17 to feed the performance of demonstrations WP5 and the performance assessment WP6 In this Deliverable D32 the list and metric of KPIs the methodology to measure the satisfaction index through surveys and the methodology as a whole about how to manage all this information together will be updated on the basis of the real capabilities of the demonstration planning WP4 and the demonstration execution WP5

Includes the necessary elements for executing integration activities of IP4 technologies to TSPs systems that will be demonstrated during WP5 This deliverable is an input for WP5
