Leistungen

Report on publication of validation collections (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The document will report on the production of new validation collections (DPValid and MSValid). Tools for the generation of synthetic data collections that contain virtual patients will be described. Uncertainty in input and known limits in output as well as hybrid models will be designated. Regulatory procedures that can restrict publishing of these synthetic data collections will be defined in collaboration with WP4. The three final collections (DPValid, MSValid, and ValveValid) will be published and described in the report.

In-depth analysis of legal and ethical requirements (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable further elaborates on the main ethical and legal requirements identified in D9.1, in light of in-depth research including extensive analysis of legislation, case law and doctrine.

Efficiency recovery strategies report (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report on possible further optimization strategies both in the code itself (better utilization of the resources) and infrastructures (better scheduling, utilization of low-cost cloud instances), as well as means to detect inefficiencies through benchmarking and monitoring systems.

Final report on the qualification activities (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

D4.4 will report the work conducted by partners UNICT and MIM together with the developers of deep modelling track solutions. It will provide the ways to devise possible qualification strategies, to be implemented by the partners developing the solutions after the end of the project.

Implementation guidance and guidelines (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

D9.3 reports on the implementation of the requirements identified in D9.1 and D9.2.

Final report on Advanced solutions (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Report describing final versions of modelling track solutions.

Report on Persistence of ISW resources (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will describe the solutions adopted to maintain the resources produced during the ISW project accessible to the community (commercially or not) after the end of the project, once the EC funding is over.

Report on the certification of validation data (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will provide identification of the best certification strategy for each of the initial collections. This will be reviewed against best practices also in other fields, but also by discussing specific issues regarding regulatory aspects. In addition a general certification strategy that could be effective for all validation data collections will be identified and discussed. In parallel methods to deal with data uncertainty and missing data in validation collections will be described and analysed using existing data collections

Scalability strategies report (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Summary of all scalability strategies adopted for the ISW including deployment of tools such as the Model Execution Environment to manage the wide range of available resources and results of those actions.

Validation and recommendations for lawmakers and policymakers (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

D9.4 comprises a legal evaluation report assessing the effectiveness of the legal guidelines and provides recommendations to remedy regulatory, legal and policy-related barriers identified throughout the project.

Report on training the IST workforce (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This report will first list the characteristics of each of the course modules that are developed in order to target the different user categories. A second part will elaborate on the testing methods to evaluate the impact on the learning in the test groups. Finally, the results of the assessment will be summarized

Guideline on model's credibility standards (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

D4.1 will report the ISW consortium activity towards the extension of standardisation needed to use AMS VV40-2018 in Europe. The final guideline that helps companies active in this field to choose the best qualification pathway will be included in the D4.1

Report on initial validation data collections (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will contain an analysis of the data collections (FFRValid, HFValid, TBValid and StentValid) with respect to their intended use and a description of the way they are published. In addition, a general characterisation of data collection types, intended use and the implication for storage, usability, searchability, and certification will be defined and published. Where possible this report will also contain datasets of other partners who are contributing early collections in terms of requirements and specific guidelines. The analysis will also consider the ethical, societal, and regulatory requirements.

Information Package and Lecturing Materials (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable will contain information packages for specific groups of healthcare professionals (based on policy brief), to be delivered at tailored events in all hospitals linked to our consortium, but also to relevant medical conferences. In addition, it will contain lecture materials specifically tailored for medical and allied professions students will be developed, to be delivered in all health teaching programmes linked to the ISW consortium. After some early testing in these restricted audiences, and where necessary some revisions, the Information Package and Lecturing Materials will be made publicly available by M42

Policy Brief (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The policy brief is a report that is produced based on the preparatory phases of stakeholder outreach activities (networking & desk review). In the report, for each stakeholder group, the results of the data analysis will be presented and discussed and the resulting specific engagement actions will be listed. The final report document will be available by M36.

Legal and ethical inventory (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable maps the relevant ethical and legal requirements that partners should take into account from the early stages of the project.

ISW online Community of Practice and GSP consensus (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The ISW consortium will create public channels for each of the six identified barriers to adoption we identified and will invite all members of our consortium to post regular updates on it. ISW_CoP will also host the consensus process on the so-called Good Simulation Practices (GSP) promoted by a group of organisations including the Avicenna Alliance, the US FDA, the MDIC and others. By the end of the project, the ISW_CoP is expected to become a self-sustainable entity self-managed by its own members.

White paper on Policies (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This white paper will discuss examples of how in silico technologies can help, through inclusion in health-related policies, to balance the need for better cures with that of safe products. The white paper will discuss policies where in silico tools have already been included and will list all existing relevant policies were in silico could be added to support the wider adoption of In Silico Trials. The white paper should be published by M48.

SWOT analysis process (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This report will provide guidance to industrial decision-makers on how to perform to conduct a Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis on the adoption of In Silico Trials technologies in their company. During the annual International School on In Silico Trials, geared towards these industry decision-makers without a specific technical background, they will be trained by an international faculty on the execution of this SWOT analysis process. The guidance will be made publically available by M48.
