Data Management Plan

The EnhanceSex project will generate data both in the form of experimental results and metadata arising from RNA sequencing ATACSeq ChIPSeq and PCHiC including its computational analysis Experimental results will be openly available by publishing in scientific journals via the openaccess option All sequencing and experimental data will be stored and backed up in the lab servers and online cloud using Dropbox unlimited business account The sequencing data will be deposited at GEO public repository and accession numbers made available via scientific publishing in the above said openaccess publications Scripts and pipelines will be made available using open access publication and on the Gonen lab website at wwwgonenlabcom
