Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Workshop on training in EGM methods for potential focal points (opens in new window)

Workshop to maximize the impact of WCT EVI MAP will be planned and will focus on EGM methodology and framework development for the WCT, and will include all WCT EVI MAP partners. the meeting will be open to potential end-users of the WCT EVI MAP tool, including outside investigators, stakeholders and patient representatives. The training will be practice oriented, using common workshop methodology and include at least content on these knowledge areas: EGM methodology; Essentials on epidemiology and logic that underpins evidence level hierarchy; Essentials on cancer classification and research in pathology; Training in the use of software to be used for the mapping of the evidence Online or presential modality will be proposed, depending on travel.

Project launch and kick-off meeting. (opens in new window)

Careful planning, including identification of key milestones, potential bottlenecks and timely action to avert them, is of utmost importance for this project. Contingency plans will be prepared to cover specific and particularly critical aspects of the project

Inauguration Network of WCT EVI MAP tool focal points (opens in new window)

Interested collaborators and current partners will be approached establish a network of focal points responsible for the regular update of Megamaps. A training program based on practical online workshops will be developed during the first year, and focal points tasks and responsibilities defined.

1. Dissemination and exploitation plan including communications activities (opens in new window)

Dissemination and exploitation plan including communications activities.to develop both internal and external communication plans, to ensure appropriate communication channels, and implementation of the final tool. Promotion of the project and disseminate outcomes and activities (including organization of meetings to showcase the results of WCT EVI MAP project and tool launch).

Publication on methods for adaptation of software packages for EGMs (opens in new window)

A collaborative effort will take place to develop a cost-efficient mapping software adapted to the project needs. Outcomes of this collaborative work will be published and shared with the community of software developers.

Scientific publication endorsed by IC3R of a statement including standards for reporting (reporting guidelines) (opens in new window)

Once the panel reaches consensus on the criteria, the steering committee drafts and publishes the new levels hierarchy as well as reporting recommendations. A check list to aid following recommendations for publications will be included I the final and the Equator Network will be contacted to help disseminate the statement and make it available at their website.

Annual report on project progression Y1 (opens in new window)

A short progress report each year will be submitted to the EC. In addition, the coordinating office will remain in close communication with the EC project officer regarding the progress of the project.

Scientific publication of adapted evidence levels for the field of pathology (opens in new window)

The steering committee drafts and publishes the new levels hierarchy as well as reporting recommendations and the Equator Network will be contacted to help disseminate the statement and make it available at their website.

Annual report on project progression Y2 (opens in new window)

A short progress report each year will be submitted to the EC. In addition, the coordinating office will remain in close communication with the EC project officer regarding the progress of the project.

Scientific publications on specific Megamaps and findings (opens in new window)

M12 to M36For each Work Package with scientific activities a writing group will be established at the first meeting of the Consortium and authorship rules will be developed. The decision concerning the publication of Megamaps will be made by the decision-making bodies of the consortium. Peer reviewed scientific publications will be made accessible via Open access.

Annual report on project progression Y3 (opens in new window)

A short progress report each year will be submitted to the EC. In addition, the coordinating office will remain in close communication with the EC project officer regarding the progress of the project.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)
