D3.1 Benchmarking report on GBV and SH targeting national authorities and RFOs (M 9): The objective of the report is to set a standard, with a special focus on RFOs based on synthesizing existing practices and policies.

D8.1 Communication and dissemination plan and project promotion kit (M3): will define the strategy for C&D&E, including a promotional kit.

D5.2 Second report on monitoring ERA action implementation at national level (M30): The deliverable provides an updated analysis of ERA action implementation and an assessment of developments during the new ERA period.

D4.1 Benchmarking and assessment report on guidelines for sex/gender analysis (M 12): will consist of a compendium of national guidelines and policies on the gender dimension in R&I and an analysis of the status and windows of opportunities regarding sex/gender analysis in the consortium.

D5.1 First report on monitoring ERA action implementation at national level (M15): The deliverable contains the principles of monitoring and the set of indicators for monitoring ERA action implementation. The report will cover the first year of ERA action implementation.

GEP impact evaluation system

D6.3 GEP impact evaluation system (M24): An evaluation system template will be developed, focusing on the evaluation of the impact of the implementation of actions that respond to high-level ERA gender equality priorities. This system will be focused rather than comprehensive, will inform national policy development in MS/AC regardless of maturity in terms of GE policy, but will be of most immediate relevance to MS/AC where GEPs have been in place for a number of years.

Assessment report on the national expertise mobilized to support NCPs

D4.2 Assessment report on the national expertise mobilized to support NCPs (M 27): will collect the results of the training and capacity-building provided to NCPs and will analyse the ways in which the project covered the needs of the NCPs regarding gender dimension in R&I.

D1.2 Report on the RFO Community of Practice actions and achievements (M36): will detail the work, outputs, and outcomes of the RFO CoP over the course of the project.

D6.1 Benchmarking analysis and assessment report how MS monitor/evaluate institutional change through GEPs (M14): will benchmark practices across MS and AC in relation to the monitoring/evaluation of RPO GEPs at the state level.

Guidance on establishment of GEP monitoring systems

D6.2 Guidance on the establishment of GEP monitoring systems (M20): will provide concrete guidance on how to set up a monitoring system at the national authority level to monitor GEP implementation taking into account the variance in the maturity of national gender equality policy across MS/AC, with a particular focus on developing an adaptable system that meets the needs of both MS/AC where GEPs are a mandatory state requirement and where they are not.
