The selected solutions (about 80 as identified in WP3), including the solutions of the participating OGs, will be summarised in comprehensive Facts Sheets and Practice Abstracts that will contain practical and technical recommendations for practitioners, summarised in an easy-to-understand way

EU level cross-visit activities of the Oper8 thematic network (version 1)

Report on the cross-visits (back-to-back with the project meetings) will be held as a means to foster cross-fertilisation among the OGs, other project partners and the invited experts

National Action Plans

National Action Plans will be created providing each NNO with a concrete roadmap of the NN needs and the solutions available

Communication & DisseminationPlan

The C&D Plan will describe the project assets (what to communicate/disseminate) and map target groups (who will be informed and engaged) to widen the geographical thematic scope of the project. Different communication tools will be used to address the needs of various audiences (how to communicate project’s activities), while the dissemination tools will be used to reach out to wider audiences

In this deliverable, appropriate evaluation criteria of the progress of the NNs will be reported to provide an annual evaluation
