Risultati finali

Report on cultivation of NGT-derived microalgae strain (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 3.4 ""Report on cultivation of NGT-derived microalgae strain"" documents 1) the determined targets NGT-derived microalgae strains based on CRISPR/Cas gene editing for their production of MAA compared to the founder lines, 2) the analysis results of a sensitive chromatographic developed method to resolve the known MAAs, from highly polar compounds to medium and low polar compounds, 3) the suitability of WT and NGT Chlorella for augmented biomass production in bioreactors based on criteria for acceptable generation time and production of MAAs. D3.4 is supported by Task T3.4: Cultivation and upscaled production of microalgae."

NGT Policy Recommendations - A policy-based report will provide background and deliver necessary policy recommendations (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable D1.5 ""NGT Policy Recommendations – A policy-based report will provide background and deliver necessary policy recommendations"" provides policy recommendations to EC based on the round table policy discussions to highlight enablers and disablers of NGTs, ethical and current policy and legal issues aiming at providing input to the potential upcoming NGT legislation and its future implementation. Linked to Subtask 1.4.1: Policy Recommendations for the Legislation of NGTs."

Report on potential use of residual biomass as feed (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 3.3 ""Report on potential use of residual biomass as feed"" reports the results for achieving a circular economy and zero waste by mildly extracting MAAs of high quality for validation in pharmaceutical and industrial applications, and in which the residual biomass is still suitable for feed trials and specifically through the living lab FoodPilot and living lab DIER for 1) poultry feed studying digestibility and performance and product-quality of poultry (laying hens performance parameters, internal egg quality and nutritional composition; broilers performance for daily growth, feed intake and feed conversion for meat quality and taste); and 2) adaptations and legal implications are needed when biomass from NGT microalgae is repurposed and guidelines will be provided for NGT strains. D3.3 is supported by Task T3.6: Repurposing of the microalgae residual biomass: poultry feed as case study."

Report of genotyped regenerated potato events (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 3.2 ""Report of genotyped regenerated potato events"" will report the results of the sequence-based molecular screening of the upscaled amount of genome edited regenerated potato events, including genomic information of induced mutations, both covering targeted indels and designed base edits and necessary information of allelic dosage of the targeted and designed mutations needed for selection of elite events for further studies and field trials. D3.2 is supported by Task 3.1: Trait development and stacking in elite potato genotypes, and by Task T3.2: Selection of elite events."

Comparative welfare analysis (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 1.3 ""Comparative welfare analysis"" is a report focusing on 1) a comprehensive welfare analysis including policy recommendations by comparing the five governance options and their impact on the distribution of wealth between the EU and the rest of the world, including impacts on GHG emissions; 2) the wider economic implications of NGT governance policies for the EU and the rest of the world and their implications for marketing biobased products and their spill-over to other markets; 3) the relevance of different drivers for the development of the EU biobased economy. Linked to Task T1.4: Comprehensive analysis of NGT governance policies."

Report of phenotyping regenerated potato events (greenhouse and fields trials) (si apre in una nuova finestra)

inov3PT will phenotype the edited potato plants developed in Task 3.1. The plants will be exposed to inoculation tests with different PVY isolates and characterised for their level of PVY resistance. The results will be presented in a report. D3.5 will be supported by Task 3.1 and Task 3.3.

Report on consumer and stakeholder acceptance (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 1.2 ""Report on consumer and stakeholder acceptance"" summarises the results of: 1) a consumer acceptance survey of biobased products derived from the use of NGTs in five countries ( Germany, France, United Kingdom, Denmark and Slovakia); 2) the results from the supply chain survey of agents and stakeholders for product development and placement on the market. Linked to Task T1.3: Consumer and business stakeholder acceptance of NGT-derived biobased products."

Final Communication and Engagement Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

"Deliverable 4.3 ""Final Communication and Engagement Plan"" is the final version of the GeneBEcon Communication and Engagement plan presenting a customised marketing roadmap including the identification of audiences, account of events and feedback in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and reporting the status of clustering activities with other projects funded under the same call. The Plan will also provide an overview of how it has been co-designed and implemented based Design Thinking ideology and by applying the RRI Roadmap with the Stakeholder Advisory Group. Linked to Task T4.2: Participatory approaches to communication, dissemination & stakeholder engagement."
