La Noche Europea de los Investigadores de Eslovenia mostrará todo su potencial
Esta quinta edición del proyecto de las Acciones Marie Skłodowska-Curie NOCMOC para la Noche de los Investigadores Europeos de la edición 2022-2023 seguirá involucrando a los medios de comunicación locales, regionales y nacionales para dar a conocer el tema del suelo y la investigación conexa. Otros objetivos fundamentales son estimular la curiosidad e inspirar a los jóvenes para que se planteen realizar una carrera de investigación. El equipo del proyecto NOCMOC utilizará varios canales de divulgación, incluidos los medios de comunicación en línea y tradicionales, para incitar a los ciudadanos a participar en un proyecto de investigación real. Asimismo, se esperan unos setenta y cuatro mil visitantes en las más de doscientas actividades previstas en toda Eslovenia, en las cuales participarán más de sesenta instituciones relacionadas con la investigación. El objetivo es dar a conocer la investigación y la innovación, su importancia para los objetivos del Pacto Verde Europeo, así como sus beneficios sociales y económicos.
Objetivo
Engaging local, regional and national media, an introduction with awareness campaign Soil' Might will bring the project NOCMOC [NIGHTMIGHT] to Slovenian and other EU citizens for the fifth time.
The core objectives of the project is to raise awareness about the research and its benefits, overcome stereotypes, stimulate curiosity and excite youth to take up the research careers.
Efficient communication tools, successfully used in previous project editions, TV, radio, social media and press conferences will address 1.500.000 citizens during the project. The awareness campaign will explore Soil and include 3.000 groups, families and individuals to participate in Citizens Science project. Citizens' contribution to the basic research methodology of the real research project will be implemented by use of »hands-on« and other research tools in a simple and user friendly manner.
Previous editions have developed a growing network of supporting partners in more than 25 cities in Slovenia and cooperation with Italian ERN SHARPER with which it attracts youth research career paths with EU dimension events.
The NIGHT will bring together over 66 research-related institutions, raise awareness about research and innovation, its relevance to implement the Green Deal goals, its social and economic benefits and enhance a variety of research careers for 100 researchers, visiting 140 schools.
We aim for 74.000 visitors from different target groups to take part in the NOCMOC activities spread all over Slovenia.
Over 200 activities: science festivals on the main squares of four Slovenian cities, science shows, simulations, research and technical days in primary and secondary schools, lectures and workshops in public spaces (libraries, retirement homes, museums), science espressos, STEAM events, EU corners, on-line events and open doors of science, research and cultural institutions will attract the audience from dawn to late evening each last Friday in September two years in a row.
