La Notte europea dei ricercatori della Slovenia per mostrare il suo massimo potenziale
Questa quinta edizione del progetto NOCMOC, del programma di azioni Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA), per la Notte Europea dei Ricercatori 2022-2023 continuerà a coinvolgere i media locali, regionali e nazionali per sensibilizzare sul tema del suolo e della ricerca correlata. Altri obiettivi fondamentali comprendono stimolare la curiosità e ispirare i giovani a considerare una carriera nella ricerca. NOCMOC utilizzerà vari canali di divulgazione, inclusi i media online e tradizionali, per spingere i cittadini a partecipare a un vero progetto di ricerca. Sono attesi circa 74 000 visitatori alle oltre 200 attività pianificate in tutta la Slovenia che coinvolgono oltre 60 istituti di ricerca. L’obiettivo è aumentare la consapevolezza sulla ricerca e l’innovazione, la sua importanza per gli obiettivi del Green Deal europeo e i suoi vantaggi sociali ed economici.
Obiettivo
Engaging local, regional and national media, an introduction with awareness campaign Soil' Might will bring the project NOCMOC [NIGHTMIGHT] to Slovenian and other EU citizens for the fifth time.
The core objectives of the project is to raise awareness about the research and its benefits, overcome stereotypes, stimulate curiosity and excite youth to take up the research careers.
Efficient communication tools, successfully used in previous project editions, TV, radio, social media and press conferences will address 1.500.000 citizens during the project. The awareness campaign will explore Soil and include 3.000 groups, families and individuals to participate in Citizens Science project. Citizens' contribution to the basic research methodology of the real research project will be implemented by use of »hands-on« and other research tools in a simple and user friendly manner.
Previous editions have developed a growing network of supporting partners in more than 25 cities in Slovenia and cooperation with Italian ERN SHARPER with which it attracts youth research career paths with EU dimension events.
The NIGHT will bring together over 66 research-related institutions, raise awareness about research and innovation, its relevance to implement the Green Deal goals, its social and economic benefits and enhance a variety of research careers for 100 researchers, visiting 140 schools.
We aim for 74.000 visitors from different target groups to take part in the NOCMOC activities spread all over Slovenia.
Over 200 activities: science festivals on the main squares of four Slovenian cities, science shows, simulations, research and technical days in primary and secondary schools, lectures and workshops in public spaces (libraries, retirement homes, museums), science espressos, STEAM events, EU corners, on-line events and open doors of science, research and cultural institutions will attract the audience from dawn to late evening each last Friday in September two years in a row.
