Deliverables

Application side requirements and human factors

Task 5.2 Application side requirements and human factors (Task-leader TCD)This task aims to define the application requirements for the AUTOMAT in terms of weight ranges, actuation velocities, sensing modality and resolution. These requirements will be explored, and parameters will be estab-lished through both assessing the technical feasibility and surveying the expectations and needs on the side of the end-user (operator). This will include a qualitative interview study as an ideal explorative survey method for a requirement analysis. In addition, the group of interviewees will be selected with special attention to including persons with diverse technical affinity, age, gender, bodily capacities, and educational backgrounds.Output: Report on application side and human factors requirements. Input to Task 5.4.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan

Task 8.1 Dissemination & Communication strategy (Task-leader ICONS) A Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (PDEC) will be delivered in M6. The Plan will identi-fy the KERs and the target stakeholders. The PDEC will be regularly fine-tuned and the inputs from the moni-toring activity, measuring its effectiveness through quantitative KPIs. The communication strategy will be launched with the release of the project’s visual identity, and the online communication channels, website (M4) and social media (Twitter, LinkedIn) (M2); the communication kit (brochure, flyers and a presentation video) by M8.
