Deliverables
This living deliverable will report the key quality and evaluation metrics for the TransMIXR media experiences with an initial deliverable in M20 (as per the gantt chart). It will include technical evaluations of both the TransMIXR collaborative distributed environment and live studio.
Technical and Innovation Coordination and Quality Assurance (opens in new window)This will define the project plan from the technical and innovation perspective in addition to appropriate Quality Assurance (see Section 1.2.6) processes and Risk Management to be put in place. It will define the roles, responsibilities and operating procedures (incl. measures to ensure gender equality and diversity).
DMP with Ethics and Privacy (opens in new window)The deliverable will provide the DMP (M3), ethical principles and guidelines, informed consent templates and will report on TransMIXR compliance with the ethical guidelines set out in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity as well as with the Ethics Guidelines for trustworthy AI of the HLEG.
Specifications of Alpha and Beta versions of the environment (opens in new window)Technical report (living) with initial version in M5 (as per the gantt chart) outlining the design and technology configuration underlying the rendering engine of the TransMIXR project inclusive of interaction, user experience capture framework
Initial media ingestion understanding and summarisation components (opens in new window)This deliverable reports on the first prototypes of the media ingestion, understanding and summarisation components (T2.1-3)
Evaluation of the TransMIXR Pilots (opens in new window)The living report will present (i) qualitative and quantitative findings of pilot evaluations, and (ii) impact assessment of the developed pilots. Initial versions will follow pilots in M20, M26 as per GANTT chart with the final consolidated deliverable in M34.
Media content metrics and visual analytics dashboards (opens in new window)This deliverable reports on the first prototypes of the media content metrics and visual analytics dashboard.
Communication and Dissemination Plan (opens in new window)Plans for project communication incl. design and setup of the website, social media channels and the creation of the project’s first promotional materials (presentation and communication kit; publicly available via the website).
eXtended Reality Media Experience Format (opens in new window)The XR media experience format will be a key technical deliverable of TransMIXR (contribute to relevant international standardisation efforts). It will be maintained throughout the lifetime of the project as a ‘living’ document (releases at M6, M12 and M30).
Transferability of TransMIXR and Opportunities for Application across Sectors (opens in new window)This deliverable will present the potential application of TransMIXR solutions in other domains. It will report on the interactions with other sectors using the TransMIXR Demonstration Box and present the concepts developed in the “Innovation Challenges” workshop.
TransMIXR Platform Final and Optimised Version (opens in new window)Final services (API and non-API technology components) specifications and an optimised platform in terms of: response times; scalability; including online documentation and the complete processing workflow for text/video/XR content and a rich layer of metadata mapped to an evolving knowledge graph
TransMIXR Architecture (opens in new window)A report outlining the architecture of the TransMIXR system including the components of the system, interactions between components and interfaces to external systems.
Training programme (opens in new window)Training programme will lean on the experience in developing prototypes and training workshops conducted for different sets of target groups paying particular attention to inclusivity (gender, cultures, age etc.): media organisations, creative sector and cultural heritage institutions. . It will incorporate content focused on pilot tutorials, deep-dive sessions, and enhanced training methods that provide targeted support and real-world application for stakeholders. It will be digital, interactive and stored online.
Interim Dissemination and Engagement Report (opens in new window)Quantitative and qualitative report on planned and completed D.E.C. dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities, success measures against the stated goals and recommended refinements of the original plans.
Final media ingestion with understanding and summarisation components (opens in new window)This deliverable reports on the final implementations of all WP2 components: the media ingestion, understanding, summarisation and dashboard.
Immersive News Production and Cultural Experiences Use Cases and User Requirements (opens in new window)This deliverable will be a living document with an initial version in M12 (as per Gantt). It will synthesise the outputs of T1.2 and T1.3 and present the collected user requirements and the designed use cases. The goal of this report is to (i) describe the use cases that will be piloted in the project, including the processes used to design and select them, and (ii) present user requirements and potential use case designs.
User Experience (opens in new window)Reports the interaction elements, key user experience and adaptation metrics, audience analytics and adaptation for the TransMIXR use case applications.
UCD methodology and planning (opens in new window)Description of the UCD methodology. Provides details on: planning of iterative user research phases, piloting activities. success factors, risks and mitigation strategies.
