The main objective of this project was to strengthen the company’s growth strategy by getting an overview of the market situation for medical procedural training in VR, besides creating a strategic expansion plan and building the foundation for a high-performing team. The strategic market mapping included in depth identification of potential customers, preparation and conduction of market insight by performing a health sprint workshop with an acknowledged actor in this segment, evaluation of market strategy and mapping of potential partners. The activity related to public procurement prepared us for the procurement process by providing us an overview over the steps, along with an overview over the product characteristics required by industry. The last mentioned activity encompasses the employment process and helped us identify the ideal customer contact employee for our company, along with defining the most appropriate route to find the suitable employee. Lastly, we initiated meetings and interviews with potential candidates and created an onboarding strategy.
There is still an extensive job related to customer dialog outside of Norway.
