Triple junction solar modules based on perovskites and silicon for high performance, low-cost and small environmental footprint

Deliverables

>15% top cell (1 cm2) on glass; stability T80 >500h (opens in new window)

The newly developed top cell absorber and contact layers will be tested in a single-junction device on the small demonstrator level (1cm2) reaching a PCE of >15%, and subsequently subjected to prolonged light soaking of 500 hours, where 80% of the initial PCE should be maintained. This deliverable is related to Task 3.1.

D3.1 will summarize the development of single junction cells using 1.4-1.6 eV Pk as the absorber, with cell area of 1 cm2. Over 23% PCE is targeted and above 80% of its initial PCE should be maintained under 500 hours of light soaking. This deliverable is related to Task 3.2.
