AWARE2ALL Assessment Framework (opens in new window)

The Assessment Framework will offer a roadmap for assessing the performance of the primary WP1 (being defined T1.3); accounting for the pre-defined AWARE2ALL impacts, as for example, i) passive and active safety resilience, ii) AVs occupants actual and perceived safety, iii) VRU safety, iv) user acceptance and trust. Risk analysis of the safety and HMI developments (opens in new window)

This document describes the risk analysis results of the project development, together with the mitigation strategies performed and also includes the future risks and barriers that the further exploitation of AWARE2ALL results could face. Linked to T1.4.

Bundle of AWARE2ALL methods for assessment of integral safety, iHMI and eHMI technology (opens in new window)

The methods and tools proposed for the assessment of the contribution of the technology developed in AWARE2ALL will be summarised in concluding report together with the application examples including from the experimental assessment and validation results obtained in T5.3. Linked to T5.2 and T5.3.

Critical accident scenarios and high-level requirements (opens in new window)

Impact Assessment results (opens in new window)

The overall impact assessment achieved in WP5 will be summarised in the report describing the main achievements of WP5, newly develop methods for vehicle assessment. Linked to T5.4.

The outcomes of AWARE2ALL that can provide evidence-based support for the definition of safety requirements, standards and potential needs of adaptation of traffic rules will be compiled in the form of white papers. Linked to T6.3.

In-cabin integration of OMS technologies and components (opens in new window)

Active safety system (demonstrators) (opens in new window)

Demonstrators incorporating the results of the research topics included in T2.2: the hand-over strategy between automated driving and manual driving (D3) and safety features for accident avoidance and crash severity mitigation, where the accident is no longer avoidable (D2). Linked to T2.2.

Passive safety simulation framework including models (opens in new window)

Based on the interior concepts, the restraint system concept will be defined for enabling the new seating positions by keeping the injury risks on a minimized level by using simulation models. A relevant virtual passive safety system will be presented as D1. Linked to T2.3.

Perception system for eHMI verified (opens in new window)

Physical prototype with the medium-level demonstrator of the system developed in T4.2 verified for testing in WP5. Linked to T4.2.
