Protocol cohort 1

Sampling and recruitment protocol for cohort 1We will design and develop sampling and recruitment strategies for implementation of assessments, surveys and interventions in coordination with all 9 sites.

Submission package 1

Submission package, prior to enrolment of first subject, containing the final version of the study protocol as submitted to regulators, a registration number of the CT in a WHO or ICMJE-approved registry and approvals from ethics committees and national competent authorities if applicable, prior to enrolment of first subject in at least one clinical centre.

Plans for citizen involvement

Co-designed plans of citizen involvement in recruitment andretention, dissemination, and social influence will be developed in collaboration with youth and diseminated to all sites.

Validation of assessment tool

Report on the testing results of the beta version of the Bootstrap assessmenttool by youth and teachers

Handbook

Project handbook for internal arrangements will be developed and distributed to all sites.

Data Management Plan (1)

DMP

A platform where all participant data will be stored, including the self-report data, tracked smartphone data and data from the experimental cognitive tasks will be developed and a Data management plan will be disseminated to all sites.
