Innovation platform established   (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The P2GreeN transition platform will be set up for the project and beyond. It will be designed and built to collect, host and serve the data, set of methods and tools that will emerge during the project’s lifetime. These inputs will be examined in order to define the data models to be used in the portal’s database, and the architectural structure (schema, dependencies, and access protocols). Moreover, due to the flexibility of the database’s schema, it will be possible to host methods and tools from 3rd parties to maintain the feeding of the platform. The P2GreeN transition platform will stay in function for 5 years after the project end.D7.2 is primarily related to T7.5, but also depends on the results of the other WPs like T2.1 etc.

Taxonomy of governance frameworks in Europe, learnings from the St-Vincent-de-Paul project and consolidated recommendations for the P2Green governance framework (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will sum up the results about the benchmark of governance frameworks adopted in existing European projects related to circular N & P solutions, and a benchmark of a case study of decision-making on urine separation and collection in PARIS’ Saint-Vincent-de-Paul project. Based on this work, a taxonomy of governance models with recommendations will be developed and will then inform tasks 4.2 and 4.3. This report is linked to T4.1.

Report on results of actions for knowledge exchange and capacity building (4 focus groups) providing focus groups results (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

"Focus groups will be assembled in each follower region with the goal of supporting the development and adoption of P2GreeN's solutions in each region. These focus groups will emerge in the first year of the project, assist the feasibility study implementation in T5.2, and identify the pain points of applying the P2GreeN solutions. A series of workshops bringing together stakeholders identified in T5.1 will be held with the goal of increasing awareness and sharing knowledge of P2GreeN’s proposed solutions. Two physical workshops will be held in regular time intervals (M18, M36) in each follower region, where stakeholders of all kinds will be informed/trained on the specifications, advantages and disadvantages of P2GreeN’s proposed solutions with a continuous updating of the content moving from the first to the second workshop session. In addition, during the first workshop a twinning/mentoring process will be initiated, whereby stakeholders in follower regions will be ""twinned"" with relevant stakeholders in the pilot regions for the duration of the entire project with the aim of sharing knowledge, lessons learnt and best practice. The results of this workshop will be written down in this report (D5.5), which is related to T5.3."

Report of common guidelines for methodologies and templates for data collection  (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will summarize the common guidelines for methodologies and criteria for data collection in P2GreeN. These guidelines and criteria will be used by the pilot regions during the set-up and demonstration and for monitoring agroecological impacts in WP2. This report belongs to T2.1.

‘Scoping review’ describing the status of the legislative framework (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report of D3.5.1 will be a scoping review about the understanding of broader legal and regulatory frameworks that govern from fork to farm and fork again. These frameworks are not simply local or national, but exist on a multilevel basis; the international and EU rules in particular are essential to address. It is linked to T3.5. In T3.5, challenges and opportunities in these multilevel legal and regulatory frameworks will be identified, reviewed and evaluated.

Initial Plan for the dissemination ans exploitation including communication activities (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Plan for communication, dissemination and exploitation: With the engagement of all partners, the first version of the D&E+C-Plan will be specified. It will include details of communication tools, dissemination approaches and channels of the partners at EU, national and regional level, and the overall strategy to ensure lasting impact. It will be yearly monitored, revised and updated (T6.2), and fine-tuned according to the results and the characterised needs of the partners, stakeholders and networks. The plan will be designed to maximise project visibility and disseminate results and outputs during and after the project’s lifetime. D6.1 and D6.2 are both related to T6.1.

Progress in set up of pilot regions (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A first description of the set up of the pilot region and its working status will be summarized. D1.6 is linked to T1.1.

Project website & P2GreeN promotion package and visual identity established (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The project identity will be developed and applied to the website, to social media channels, printed media, conferences, pilot regions and other items subjected to the use of the P2GreeN brand. The brand will be licensed under open source principles. Its execution is part of D6.3 and T6.2.

Host P2GreeN international conferences (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

During the project, 2 conferences (D6.5, D6.6) with P2GreeN stakeholders will be organised in a key location to showcase the project outputs, and to provide a focused forum for discussion on the results of the policy recommendations and the continuation of the collaboration activities. This conference (D6.5) is primarily linked to T6.3, but also touches other Tasks like T1.1, T2.1, T3.5, T4.1, T4.2 and T5.1 as it will shows the results of this Tasks.

Network hub and repository of relevant stakeholders for engagement, outreach and impact (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The network hub will be a list of relevant stakeholders and networks for cooperation and engagement to upscale impact and outreach of the project. This includes a range of sectors which will be invited to join this network, including farmers and citizens associations, industry, academia and research, innovation brokers and advisers, and policy makers. D5.1 is related to T5.1.

initial data management plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A data management plan (DMP) will be created and implemented by the co-coordinator IGZ to direct the collection, processing, handling, generation and storage of data within P2GreeN including scientific data collected in WP2 and all other data generated by the 3 pilot regions and the WPs. D7.3 is related to T7.5.
