The project governance structure will describe sound legal, contractual, financial and administrative management practices of the project, in compliance with the contractual obligations, good management practices and the provisions of the Consortium Agreement and release of end reports. This is a strategic document establishing individual partner responsibilities and timelines, guidelines and suggestions, target groups, most appropriate channels and branding of the project among others. Linked with Task 6.1

Report on the needs and requirements of a user-friendly BLUE4ALL blueprint platform (opens in new window)

Report on the outcomes of the workshop with actors and stakeholders from the different living lab countries together with experts from within the consortium, to identify the needs and requirements of the BLUE4ALL blueprint platform; this with special focus on content and format of a user-friendly blueprint platform for effective, efficient and resilient MPAs and MPA networks. Synthesis and detail assessment of ecology-based tools to support MPA practitioners (opens in new window)

Report providing a summary of existing and promising ecology-based and environmental tools with the potential to inform MPS processes. The report will provide an in-detail assessment of the capabilities of these tools and their adequacy to fulfill the requirements of practitioners. The availability and nature of the ecological and environmental data required for the eventual implementation of the assessed tools will be also revised. Linked with task 3.2

A strategic document to guide and inform intelligence gathering from information sites, setting scene and establishing rules of engagement with information providers (MPA practitioners and stakeholders).- Linked with Task 4.1

This report will summarize the knowledge basis of socio-ecological frameworks and methodologies related to the effective governance of MPA/OECMs. - Linked to Task 1.3

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

A report outlining among other, clear data management responsibilities to make the project outputs FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), following guidelines from the EU. The plan includes the definition of the data and publication policy and the GDPR. Linked with Task 7.5.
