This is a strategic document establishing individual partner responsibilities and timelines, guidelines and suggestions, target groups, most appropriate channels and branding of the project among others. Linked with Task 6.1

Report on the needs and requirements of a user-friendly BLUE4ALL blueprint platform

Report on the outcomes of the workshop with actors and stakeholders from the different living lab countries together with experts from within the consortium, to identify the needs and requirements of the BLUE4ALL blueprint platform; this with special focus on content and format of a user-friendly blueprint platform for effective, efficient and resilient MPAs and MPA networks. Linked to Task 5.1

Replicable business and finance models for MPA management and network design

A report on the project results on replicable business and finance models for MPA management covering also OECMs when applicable. Among other the report includes a set of guideline for designing the future business models and addresses the potential of Blue Finance and Carbon Finance (Linked with task 2.4).

A strategic document to guide and inform intelligence gathering from information sites, setting scene and establishing rules of engagement with information providers (MPA practitioners and stakeholders).- Linked with Task 4.1

First dissemination and communication report

This report represents a bi-yearly summary of the dissemination materials and actions carried out by each partner as well as the changes in the awareness levels. Linked with Task 6.2

Revision and practical guidelines for the implementation of innovative ecological and environmental concepts in MPA processes of Living Labs

Report revising innovative and essential ecological and environmental concepts to explicitly consider the links between ocean state and hydrodynamics, biodiversity, ecosystem functioning, ecosystem services, and their changes in space and time, in the design and implementation of MPAs and MPAs networks in the Living Labs. The report will provide clear suggestions for the practical implementation of the revised concepts. - Linked with Task 3.1

Report on the review of socio-ecological framework and methodologies

This report will summarize the knowledge basis of socio-ecological frameworks and methodologies related to the effective governance of MPA/OECMs. - Linked to Task 1.3

Portfolio of optimized spatially defined ecology-based tools, and associated supporting information technologies, to support the consolidation and assessment of MPA networks in Living Labs

Report describing the key developments with regard to the integration, expansion and optimization of a set of key ecology-based and environmental tools tailored for informing the design of MPAs and MPA networks in the Living Labs. The report will provide a clear set of guidelines for the effective implementation of the tools. Linked with Task 3.3
