ORRI Taxonomy

A taxonomy of ORRI contexts, tools and actors to be used to classify ORRI resources (i.e. a revised and updated version of the RRI Tools search criteria) will be produced, relying on a) a review of 10 years of work on OS and RRI based on resources already available on the RRI Tools platform, projects’ websites, as well as projects’ deliverables, publications and other documents on Cordis and open repositories such as Zenodo, and b) interviews woth key partners of selected projects and “practice actors'' from institutions and territories.

Policy brief

A policy brief at the end of each reporting period will be produced.

Community engagement roadmap

A Community Engagement Roadmap, including ethical measures to be addressed in the planned activities (e.g. informed consent), will be first produced in M9 and revised when needed. Check-points, to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, will be in M20, M32 and M44.

ORRI Guidelines

Comprehensive and up-to-date guidelines for the achievement of meaningful and sustainable institutional changes within all areas of ORRI. The guidelines will provide support to selected grantees as well as the community at large in the implementation of their ORRI initiatives.

REINFORCING cascading grants supporting documents

Production and release on the website of support documents for REINFORCING cascading grants applicants such as Guidelines for applicants, FAQ, Application Form templates and progress reporting templates.

Services provided to institutions and territories

A cross-chart of the ORRI support services provided to ERA institutions and territories will be completed by M32 and then by M48.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan

The DEC plan describe target audiences, dissemination and communication actions, channels, and messages and KPIs. It will be regularly updated and at each reporting period.

REINFORCING platform

The platform will be developed with open source technologies, managed by non-proprietary software and articulated through free protocols and web servers. It will “inherit” the RRI Tools portal (including re-directing) and its contents, re-structured according to a new taxonomy (T1.2). If possible, automatic means will be employed to support the transfer and collection processes. A first basic release of the platform (project website) will be in M9.

Data Management Plan

Data Management Plan (DMP) will provide procedures for data collection and describe policies for management, storage, organization, permissions and architecture security of the data generated by the project; it will be updated whenever needed (living document).
