Deliverables
A document listing project metadata and datasets currently in the data platform. This document should help other researchers seek help, develop collaborations and apply synergies.
Communcation, dissemination and exploitation plan (CDEP) (opens in new window)Development of a communication dissemination and exploitation plan (CDEP) by month 6 (updated every year as needed).
Design and protocol report (opens in new window)The document will explain the methodology and technology being used, providing a rationale for the design of each array as well as each partner’s role in the project. The document will serve as the academic and scientific basis for the work as well as an initial introduction to the project for external researchers to plan to utilise the infrastructure.
Annual tagging report (opens in new window)Each partner involved in the tagging of aquatic species which will pass by the arrays (LA, DTU, EGE, IFAPA) will produce an annual report summarising the tagging efforts (e.g., no. of individuals tagged, location, methodology, mortality). The first of which will be produced after the first full year of tagging (M26) and then annually (M38 and M48).
Risk and Action registers (opens in new window)The Board shall ask the Steering Group to establish a Risk and Action Register for their comment and approval. The PM will monitor the registers on an ongoing basis and report at the monthly Steering Group meetings. The registers will be included in the Group’s monthly report which will go to the Project Board for review at its quarterly meetings.
A data management plan will be developed early in the project, which will put together the plans needed to accomplish the STRAITS data platform. This plan will be revised as needed throughout the project.
The lead for each array will be responsible for the deployment of receivers and associated equipment and at least one retrieval per annum for the purposes of maintenance (battery change and cleaning of biofouling as necessary) and the downloading of recorded data. Progress will be monitored via establish project management structures and periodic reviews with PO.Report no.1 on the deployment, maintenance and data harvest will be due no later than M24 of the project. Report no.2 (interim) will be due by M36. Report no.3 (final report) due by M48.
